From the KUB index data it is also known that the province with the highest tolerance index is West Papua which reaches 80, in the very high category. While the Province of Aceh received the lowest score of 60.
According to the Head of the Survey Team from the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Religion, Adlin Sila, there are several value categories applied in the survey. These are very high (above 80), high (between 60-80), moderate (under 60-40), and low (40 and below).
“So, there is no index finding that states there are areas that are not harmonious or intolerant. All areas get along well and tolerant, “he said.
However, Adli hopes that the regional government together with related agencies continue to increase harmony with interfaith dialogue activities. The activity also reached the lower levels. “Not only among the religious elite,” Adlin said.
According to him, the index increased compared to 2018 related to the 2019 KUB Number of 73.83. The number continued to increase compared to 2018. “This number of 73.83 increased compared to the index results obtained in 2018 which is 70.90,” he said.(aka)
